As opposed to hypochondriac, a hyperchondriac is a person who thinks they are alright, even if there is medical evidence of their sickness. Some people usually have a fear of getting sick, this fear lead to anxiety which may affect a person mentally. But hypercondriac people donβt have any worries about their health status, and they try to lead a life irrespective of their illness.
