Not sure what it means but it sounds cool to say. Mostly the same meaning as "I don't play", "i don't play games" or "I'm not joking I'm serious so don't mess with me".

I first heard it from Stevie Emerson on YouTube.

"Don't fuck with me. I'm telling you I don't play like that."

i don't feel like eating

When you are not hungry but probably will be after everyone has already eaten.
