IGY6

Military slash veteran speak for saying "I got your six" or *I got your back". It was originally used in combat to let someone know that you were there watching their back/ you were there support in combat. It's now commonly used by military personnel and veterans when addressing mental health issues, to let someone know that you're there for them no matter what, and that you'll always be there for them.

"hey I know you're going through a rough time right now, I've been there before, I got your six (IGY6)"
