A hurtful racial slur against potato farmers. The term originated during the Great Potato Famine in the 19th century. Officially, the term means Judgement Blight. Eventually, this was shortened to J-Blight's, and subsequently J-Biebs.
In Daryl Winter's 1984 book "Barren Soil", which chronicled the history and socio-economic ramifications of the Famine, he stated that "Biebs" was actually a portmanteau of eyes (as in potatoes) and blight.
The term came up rather infrequently, save for some letters and land deeds.
In a rather humorous turn of events, the child actor Justin Bieber has earned the nickname J-Biebs by his adorning fans.
Get the hell away from me, you stupid J-Bieb. We have no food thanks to you!
