A word with no definite meaning; used to confuse the shit out of your friends. The word has a natural "dirty word" tone to it and can replace any verb in a sentence.
"Yo, how long did y'all jamp last night?"
"Oh shit, we jamped for almost 3 hours, man!"

A "jamp" is anything. It is a word that is used to replace the actual word of the object. In simple words it is another word for "thing".
Look at that car. = Look at that JAMP! or Some of that JAMP!!!
