Means many things such as Enlightened one, supreme leader, powerful/good man and professional.

Jigglebabies are very rare and rarely do they show their full potential but when they do it's glorious.

Person 1: I have a good feeling about our new president, I reckon he's a Jigglebaby.

Person 2: Idk man Jigglebabies are rare and so far he's not shown much Jigglebaby qualities.

Person 1: Then i guess We'll have to wait and see if he shows his full potential and if that makes him a Jigglebaby.
