Also used in contrast to meaning of bunched up/uncomfortable. Used when expressing appreciation of something or indicating something is cool/rad/slick. Has a distinct 70's vibe. Originally used in 2014 by a 5 year old from Massachusetts.

"Those sunglasses are jowzy".
