Koovid 15 is a devastating disease that mister krabs got in an unreleased episode of spongebob: season 69 episode 420 where mister krabs is found complaining to SpongeBob about he got koovid 15 and coughs up his liver and dies, then Patrick, squidward, SpongeBob (in that order) also die from koovid 15

KOOVID-15 is a highly contagious disease that spread from Mr Krabs customers to Patrick Star eventually killing everybody in Bikini Bottom.

KOOVID-15 brought light to viruses, especially to Patrick Star because before he got the virus and died he was a non-believer of KOOVID-15 and thought the government was trying to implant chips into people with the KOOVID-15 vaccine.
