Tidbits of information that someone tries to pass off as true, when they're really just bullshit.

He tried to tell me that people can digest lactose until age 25, at which point they become intolerant, unless they've consumed enough milk before then. I said, "stop feeding me Matt Facts"

Matt Fact

Information or statistics that have not been researched and are told convincingly to seem believable. Similar to "Fake News", but it originates from the saying "as a matter of fact" which was short handed to "Matt Facts"

"Most people order a half cow or pig throughout the year."
"Those are definitely Matt Facts."
