To give a girl a good ol' finger at McDonald's. This can be in the dining area, bathroom or crew area. A McFinger can be performed at any time, as long as you are in the restaurant.

Person 1: Hey Dave, I heard you gave that girl a McFinger, did you end up having sex?

Dave: No way, I would never let a girl touch my willy.
