It begins when the patient hears one of her songs and dismisses it as not that good, only to have it on repeat inside their head nonstop for at least 24 hours. The next stage sees the patient have it on repeat on their iTunes nonstop for a further 24 hours. After this it tends to recede, leaving the patient not much worse off.
Doctor: "Why do you keep rapping in my waiting room?"
