Used to call someone a nuisance, someone that bugs allot. Mosco in spanish literally means "Mosquito", a very annoying bug that constantly follows you where ever you go, well thats what a Mosco does...he/she will tag along and bug when and where theyre not wanted.
"hey Freddie, lets leave through the back door, I dont want that Mosco George to see us leave" Freddie replies: "Aww man youre right, tell that Mosco I aint got room in my car"

The term “ito” in “Mosquito” implies the existence of a larger and much more terrifying “El Mosco” and or the existence of the slightly larger and unsettling “El Mosc”.
Jose: That mosquito looks fresh out of nymph stage.
