Moving the Mug

Blaming someone else for what you have done. First used by MSNBC to say that no one farted during a segment and it was just the sound of a mug getting moved.

A: did you just farted?
B: hell no, it was just the sound of me moving the mug.
A: but I can smell it you asshole!!
