It's a greeting call for a society of surfers known as the Mucca Mad Boys from the town of Narmucca Bay, New South Wales.
It also helps to differentiate from their enemy, the Fennel Hell fuckwits.
Every Mucca Mad Boy's duty is keeping Narmucca Bay safe from the Fennel Hell Men.
Play-hard-Mucc-hard is the motto.
"Mucca 🤙 Mucca 🤙" *hang loose fingers around the neck* 🤙
"ok you're a Mucca Mad Boy, you can surf here"
You do hang loose fingers from left shoulder and right elbow crossing your arms then you uncross both hang loose hands over your heart. Then chant "Mucca Mucca Mucca, Oi Oi Oi"
