To educate someone about music. It can be the musication of band/artists, song titles, album titles, or musical facts

other uses derivatives:
musication
musicated (when one has received a lesson in musication)

(someone has just been informed of a song name and band they previously did not know) 'you've been musicated!'

(If someone has a particularly bad knowledge of music) 'you've got poor musication'
