After seeing an extremely attractive young man/woman the word Ding-Dong is exclaimed along with a long and exaggerated "Oh" sound.

Proclaiming Ding-Dong is also appropriate when there is a moment of sexual conotation or sexual innuendo

Dora: "OH-DING-DONG!"

Sarah: OMG you know that really hot guy David? We're gonna share a tent on the camping trip!"

Jess: OH-DING-DONG!!!
