the state in which older women are in when they reach a point in their life in which every single little thing makes them mad/annoyed. Most commonly seen in the workplace where everything seems to be an inconvenience.

Terri: "Have you talked to Mary lately?"
Jenn: "No, she hasn't talked to me in a while after our little argument, she must be having Old Lady Syndrome".

Terri: "That makes sense, she seems to be bothered by everything lately."

O.L.S Old Lady Syndrome

a condition where you feel a compulsive need to turn down party invites and/or any other happy event that involves drinking

jay: Hey anthony, come over and let's drink some wine.

anthony: I'm sorry I can't. My booty is very saggy and sticky today. I can't get up my sofa.

jay: You need intervention! That's a sign of O.L.S Old Lady Syndrome.
