An exclamation sometimes used to express error, or surprise.

Used as a noun to describe someone who is extremely dumb.

"Hey, I backed into your car in the driveway. Oob-a-doop!"

"I just got a new woofer!!!"
"Paul, you are suuuch an oob-a-doop!"
