A synonym to the word "fail". Commony used in the context of describing someone's utter failure, and/or inability to recognize the obvious.
Also used in the form of "Outspark'd" when a product is delayed or swept under the rug for no apparent reason.
Sony just delayed the PS4 by 7 years because of a typo? We just got Outspark'd!
