I’ve decided Jenna and Nick say “pack it in” so much that it needs an actual definition. And here it is:
Pack it in- v. to change, fix, clean or otherwise alter a situation, object, appearance, behavior, or area in a positive way, usually by removing or reducing some or all negative aspects, traits, or problems thereof.
“This apartment needs to pack it in. We haven’t cleaned it in a month.”

This is the phrase announced in an awkward situation. The person that feels awkward yells pack pack and runs out of the room or area.
He or she may not come back for 30 minutes to give the full effect of pack pack.

Key tips for winning a packing match
1. Last until the packing session is over
2. Pack until the other opponent leaves
3. Entertain the judges or the audience more than the opponent did (Funny Jokes)
