Panja means something like: drunk, stoned, awesome. Mainly used in Holland on the streets.

Panjas

Originally panjazz, the word evolved into Panjas. It is the action of a drunken college student attempting to play jazz on a non stick frying pan, using nothing more than a broken beer bottle and a wooden spoon

After a rousing game of Beer pong, Jeffrey challenged Bob to a round of Panjas only to find there was no nonstick frying pan in his apartment.

Panja boys

Panja boys is when the boys are panja (high on drugs) and are doing things a group of duuuuuudes would usually do when high

Boy 1: “look at those guys, they look like they are on something”
Man: “Panja booooys”
