Drawing and/or writing on the first person who falls asleep/passes out at a slumber party or social gathering. Usually done with a sharpie. A practical joke that has a little more dignity than teabagging.

Pen-Pen

A beer-drinking, intelligent penguin owned by Misato in Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Pen-Pen's role in the series is pretty much nonexistant, but as a beer-drinking intelligent penguin (with a cooling unit on his back to boot), he is automatically one of the coolest characters in the series.

I wish had a penguin like Pen-Pen. i'd drink him under the table
