1. A male syndrome derived from using small amounts of male enhancement drugs while watching porn movies.
2. A dosage of ten percent or less of any male enhancement drug over a period of 24 hours.

At first the doctors thought it might be Plentyminimum Erectus or a Viagra Virus which would effect only his hard drive.
