'Nya Poka' (Π½Ρ ΠΏΠΎΠΊΠ°) which translates to 'Nya Bye' is a well known term in Russia that became a meme after a 16 year old girl called Rina Palenkova posted a picture of herself on Social Media before committing suicide by jumping in front of a train.
Recently the term has once again, picked up a lot of attention after a Russian man did a livestream where he shot himself shortly after shouting "Nya Poka".
Another person shouted Nya Poka before committing suicide. How sad, they should know there is always help available.
