Poli-groupism is when you stereotype a person based on their political party, political position, or person they voted for.
It can also apply to stereotyping someone based on their religion or what region of the country they’re from.
And when you do this, you’re being a poli-groupist.
Poly-groupism is an epidemic. People are disliking and even hating others based on knowing a single fact, such as who they voted for or which political party they belong to.
Poli-groupism and examples of being a poli-groupist:
That person is a Republican so that means they’re racist and hate the poor.
That person is a Democrate so that means that they hate the military.
That person is a socialist because they voted for a Democrat.
That person is a communist because they voted for Bernie Sanders.
That person voted for Trump so they must be an uneducated redneck.
That person voted for Biden so they want open-borders.
That person hates public schools, minorities, and the poor because they support school choice.
That person is a Catholic so they are a woman-hating mysogynist because women cannot become priests.
That person is a Catholic so they must be a homophobe because gay people can’t marry in the Catholic Church.
That person is a Christian so they hate nonChristians.
That person is a Muslim so they hate Christians and Jewish people.
That person is crass and rude because they’re from NewYork.
