A sandwich often found in Europe made with slices of very dark whole-grain bread. Often eaten in an attempt to relieve constipation since the act of defication after eating such a sandwich is imminent.

"Man, I haven't crapped in a week, I better stop off at the café and get me a poopwich on the way home!"

Peanut Butter Poopwich

When a friend/ex friend takes a shit in your penut butter. They then sir it up, and leave it alone until you decided to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwitch.

Ron: God.. this sandwich tastes your nipples baby.. rawr
Wife: Dammit Ron, i gave you a Peanut Butter Poopwich
Ron: I didn't eat the crust do you want that back
