When one is in such a state of mental disarray, that it reaches the extreme where ones brain stops functioning completely. Can be defined as a self-inflicted stroke.
example: "when I was writing that Bio test, I was pulling a vince"
when one gets a girlfriend to leave him by cheating, or disrespecting in an unforgivable manner leaving the girl no choice but to end the relationship.
