1. A P epsiii is a person who really sucks at the runescape game but refuses to learn/listen to people who are skilled. Many of them may have been playing the game for a while, but still suck at it. They usually have no hope.

Hands down the biggest group of active PvM'ers around RuneScape. They don't skill because skilling is for other clans.
They take on the biggest bosses in runescape with just momentum. Abilities are for noobs.
