a quarrel is when 2 people (maybe even more) get into a fight, and they can't get over it, so they stay mad at each-other.

When you are having a fight with someone and they flick their own, or someone else's, shit into your eyes. You, then enraged by this, feel like beating this person up more... but to no avail. This only increases your anger.
