A person, usually a black female, that uses extreme ebonics language and mannerisms (hand snap in face, "Ummmmmmmm", etc,. Acting ghetto. Often immitated by females seeking to impress homeys. Usually accompanied with raised eyebrows and a pout. Examples of what a qwa qwa might say:
"She be triflin'" "I know she not talkin' to me", "Where you going at?"
The qwa qwa's were embarassing to their parents, who were obviously educated and well mannered.

a persons mental state after staying up for days at a time. Usually expressed as complete nonsense, silliness, or chaos, but always enjoyable to the person in such a state.

When someone says somethign and you have no clue what in hell is going on you should reply with a friendly 'qwa?'. Its not quite a wtf but its more than a simple '?'.
