1. Random Arousal For No Reason

This common phenomenon experienced mostly by males is the sudden arousal of the penis, at sporadic times, without watching or thinking of anything that might cause arousal.
The reason why it is so common is that there is no way to predict or prevent it. It just happens, often in times where the male desires not to be aroused, due to the current situation he is encountered in.

Male 1: OMG That interview was horrible!

Male 2: Why? What happened?

Male 1: I got a RAFNR in the middle of the interview!
