An employee of Raytheon Technologies, or any similar company in the military industrial complex.

The term was popularised on the social media platform Bluesky in reference to the popular account "Katie Tightpussy", who is employed by Raytheon.

Person 1: "Hey, have you seen those new Katie Tightpussy posts?"

Person 2: "Nah, I refuse to follow a Raytheon-maxxer"
