Is when a man who has already gone through puberty, physically goes through puberty again. (loses pubic hair and then grows it back, voice begins to crack again, has a bad case of acne, awkward around girls). Likened in nature to the molting patterns of the bird known as the Male Indigo Bunting or the Blue Footed Booby)
