Ribgate

The dreadful day the already tender and delicate St. Louis style ribs were haphazardly lifted against their will from the grill using flimsy tongs which resulted in said beautiful ribs making their final resting place in the dirt instead of my plate. An utter tragedy.

TW: Do you want me to finish your oven-baked, St. Louis style ribs you’ve been working on all day on the grill?

GV: No, we don’t want another Ribgate! FFS, leave them in the oven.
