A shitaki is a mushroom but in this context it is a shit talking “friend” that is a fake friend which is a very toxic relationship, the shitaki is worse that a fake friend as they do not leave just like a fungus.
“So the Shitaki is back?”

Shitaki Mushrooms is what you say in place of the word "shit". It often keeps you from getting in trouble at school and other places where "cursing" isnt neccesarily accepted!
