sandtown slouch

A person who resides in Sandusky, Ohio, but doesn't work or contribute anything positive. Takes total advantage of everything the public assistance system has to offer such as free housing, food, child care & health insurance. Usually has one or more vices, smoking, drinking, using/selling drugs, gambling, pimping/prostitution, dog fighting or running scams. Most of the time, drives nice cars. Let's others raise their kids. Thinks the world owes them everything!

Billy: How does Sammy drive such nice cars? I haven't ever seen him work a day in his life. Who takes care of his kids?
Alphonso: He's got the system down packed. He is a Sandtown Slouch.
