when a male or woman cup their hands and grab a scrotum/balls/testicles. often times, finger tips are felt on the back side (or grundle) of the ball sack. Diddle or fondle motion is a must.

Scoop-ball

A fighting tactic defined by rapid, short uppercuts to the face. It is mimicking somebody "scooping" ice cream or any other substance that is "scooped" up to be served ala being served a butt-whooping.
