Pronounced Sea-bass-chin. Is a rare ugly fish found in the deepest darkest corners of the ocean. The suffix, "-tjan" means more then 10 double chins due to the large amount of fat on a human or animal. Sebastjan makes up for how ugly and fat they are by how colorful they are. With how fat and colorful they are it often looks like they are wearing a scarf around their neck. Sebastjan's are typically very shy but you can lure them out with patience and tender loving care.
