shawkward

(Adj.) The awkwardness that arises when two people know they were consecutively pooping in adjacent stalls, and they avoid talking to one another when they proceed to wash their hands.

Guy 1: Dude, I took a massive dump today, and some guy was next to me. We both finished at the same time and washed out hands in silence.

Guy 2: Shawkward!

Shawkward

(A combination of shock and awkward) : a state of shock so unnerving that it can initially cause the affected person to not fully comprehend the extreme level of social awkwardness displayed in direct connection to the shocking event.

The delayed realization of the socially awkward aspect of one's actions due to the overwhelming and immediate state of shock they felt as a result of those same actions.

Person 1: "hey, did you think it was weird how that dude showed no emotion whatsoever after literally breaking that storefront window with his fists when they kicked him out? How could he not know how awkward that was?"

Person 2: "It was shawkward, bro. It'll hit him once the shock of shattering a huge window pane finally wears off."

P1: "?.....? 'shawkward' is not a word. You just made that up off the cuff. Who do you think - *sharts mid-sentence* - you are, Webster Miriam?"

P2: "??....?? You mean Miriam Webster the dictionary publishing company? Besides, literally every word was made up by someone at some point, right?"

P1: *Pauses with a blank stare* "... I gotta go." *Leaves abruptly*

P2: *Says to self* "Shawkward"
