As "ditto", except used when specifically refering to a shitty experience. Think of it as "right on the shitty spot".

It is a mutation of the term 'jitto', meaning a marijuana cigarette (or a joint).
A shitto is when you smoke a jitto while taking a shit.
(most common in South Wales, the valleys)
Person A: "Pass my the jitto my man"
