Snorb

A "Snorb" or Snorbs" is a person at work who has more authority and he deserves. Attributes may include staring at Excel spreadsheets, attending pointless meetings, and demanding meaningless metrics to be observed in the business.

A "Snorb" is unaware of his own limitations and does not depend on others for their expertise to build up the team. He will reveley dismiss valuable input from experts.
