Sow Down means the same as Dip up It means it's time to eat. It's from growing up on a pig farm.

Mother: "Okay kids dinner is ready!"
Kid 1: (looks at kid 2) "Time to Sow Down!"
Kid 2: (Pushes up nose to make a snout) "Oink Oink!"
