the act in a first person shooter were the enemy team camps at your team's spawn point, however this only happens in games were the objective is at your spawning point like demolition.

Spawn Trap

A technique in first person shooters where the entire enemy team camps outside of your team's spawn zone and kill you while you spawn. Only dicks use this technique and it is ten times worse than camping. The only way to properly combat this is by rage quitting, unless you are completely MLG and can kill them all.

I rage quitted because those douches were spawn trapping in Call of Duty.

1v1 Spawn Trap

When you challenge a person against you and give you the inablity to return fire.

1v1 spawn trap. Killing a person a second after they spawn.

My friend does this all the freking time.

It mostly occurs when you challenge or get challenged to a 1v1. and you or the other player get to a point of the map were they can kill you at any and all spawns. As soon as you spawn, you get killed.

This is one of the most annoying things in gaming.
