To "speke" is to smoke cannabis of some kind, preferably a joint, but it goes for everything. The word "speke" might be interpreted as synonymous to the word "blaze" e.g. to blaze.
"Hey, I just bought a quarter of weed. Want to speke?"

A combination of the maori word "tu meke"(meaning too much) and the gamer slang "spec"(specialization).
Basically denouncing that the subject of the matter is far to powerful and should be treated with extreme respect/caution at all times.
Bro I tried fighting the Nameless King in darksouls last night, I had to give up he's way too meke speke for me right now.
