Also spelled Stiw or Steve, is a Polish Minecraft slang. It basically means somebody who sucks at pvp, is a no name and doesn't have money. The name comes from the Minecraft default skin Steve, and that players like that don't have a skin and money to buy a Minecraft premium account.
