An adjective used to describe a person whom you do not vibe with.

A stutty person may be perfectly nice and perfectly attractive but they lack meaningful connection with you to the point of deep annoyance

My friend: « Wanna invite Amelia to the sesh tonight?»

Me: « Nah, I mean she’s nice and all but a bit stutty ngl »
