a term used by Philadelphia prison inmates. Syberia is the equivalent of "protective custody". The name originated at the court house because the protective custody cell there is said to be as cold as "Syberia"

That dude is a snitch, when he goes to court they send him to Syberia.

My hands/feet are Syberia

If you say that your hands/feet are Syberia that means thag your hands/feet are cold.
Usually we use that phrase in the winter.

Girl:My hands/feet are Syberia!
Boy:What?
Girl:That means that my hands/feet are cold.
