"Teto" is a colloquial term used in Mexico to refer to someone who is nerdy, childlike, slow or has a weak demeanor, thus making this person some sort of social outcast. Also commonly referred to as ñoño.
Tetos lack basic social skills and prefer to spend their free time studying, playing video games, or drawing anime characters.
Their fashion icons include the old people that feed ducks at public parks and your dad's accountant.
