Runglish form of russian Cheefeer , that is the strongest tea, the strongest that is very harmful, but invigorate and sometimes effects like from alcohol or narcotics. Use in prisons where bad provision of alcohol or narcotics .

Also Teafear is just strong, infused tea or coffee, or coffee/tea that was left to brew,forgot about it,then found them, and it began look like with dark colors.
