A word used to describe someone what is entitled, manipulative, and says things ahead of themselves in most context with little prior knowledge. The friend who complains about having no friends, trying to be better than the few friends they have.

Also called a teepy Jim, which means all that but they're in complete denial.

To teepie. To fuck something up in the last second or in the beginning of something for someone else with or without meaning it. Comes as a natural talent for some people
